Very good location to stay in a very nice neighborhood very quiet. Rate is very good considering the neighborhood it’s in and the proximity to activity in Nashville. Very highly recommend.

I was overall disappointed. I don't like to give less than 5 star ratings. Seth was very responsive and allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. While the property was described accurately, it was not totally truthful. The pictures don't show the wear on the furniture or carpet. I really wasn't sure if the carpet was clean or just feeling the humidity. It stated there was A/C but it did not adequately cool the space. Heat rises, the unit was upstairs of a home, it was a 90 degree day, and the one unit barely cooled the front room. The bedroom was stifling and the provided fan didn't help cool it down. I also think the price was much too high for what we got considering I could've booked a hotel for less that had air conditioning. While Seth was easy to work with, I was not a fan of being hot.

The apartment is so comfortable. Close to a wonderful bakery and coffee house. The apartment is clean and well appointed. Seth is wonderful at answering questions. It was a wonderful say.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location to get to everything we wanted to do while in Nashville. The neighborhood was quiet and there are plenty of grocery stores, bars, and restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again!
