The location of the property is good. Upon arrival all of towels were very damp and had to be dried. Property is quite warm, never dropped below 82 during day.

We understand that Tahoe homes can become quite warm during the daytime in the summer months, particularly during periods of warmer weather. We do provide portable fans for your comfort. Very beautifully set up; clean and kitchenette fully equipped with necessary items. All bedrooms perfectly furnished and just an ideal location as well.

We had a lovely time staying in this unit. It was clean and well decorated. The bathrooms are small but it worked just fine for our family. There is nothing better than being able to walk down to the lake from where you are staying, so relaxing!

Great for what it is!

Awesome property, super clean and nice. Close to everything and the private beach was awesome. I will say they are very strict with check in check out times and don’t leave much extra then the basics.

The unit was ideally located, and it had ample parking. The complex had two swimming pools and access to a large private beach area. Beach chairs were available for guests which was an added bonus. The living area was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a small balcony with 4 chairs that we used frequently. It was a nice rental overall. However, there were a few negatives that I should mention. The carpet was very old and worn, and the floors and/or carpet were not clean. Our socks would become very dirty after walking on them. Also, we had planned to use the upper level sleeping loft. However, we did not read the unit description thoroughly enough and did not realize that both bathrooms are located on the lower level (3 levels total). The loft would be great for kids or teenagers but not for mature women that need to use the bathroom during the night! Also, the bathrooms were EXTREMELY small. One shower was almost unusable. I need to read the fine print more closely but overall it was a great stay!
