The location was perfect with a bus stop right outside of the building. It was about a 10-15 minute bus ride to the mountain base. Hot tub was a bit of a walk outside which was not ideal in the cold weather

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you found the location of our property convenient with easy access to the bus stop for your mountain adventures. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the hot tub being a bit of a walk outside, especially in the cold weather. Your comments are valuable to us, and we will take them into consideration as we strive to improve our guest experience. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another enjoyable stay.
The place was a bit smaller than I envisioned but the lighting was quite dim in all the rooms so that may have made it feel smaller. It looked bigger and brighter in the photos. Over all it was all we needed and very comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found the property comfortable and met your needs. For future reference, some of the lights have adjustable dimmers to customize the brightness. We appreciate your insights and look forward to welcoming you back for another stay.
Overall, an acceptable budget option, though the listing photos are more polished than the reality. Check-in was frustrating; the provided instructions were incorrect, and it took a 10-minute phone call to learn I needed the complex’s front desk.Pros: Great hot tub (though it’s a 250-yard walk) and a bus stop right outside for easy ski access.Cons: Cleanliness was lacking (toilet was even unflushed upon arrival), the location is a 45-minute walk from downtown, and the unit feels dated compared to the pictures. Fine if you just need a bed, but keep your expectations realistic.

Thank you for your feedback following your stay at Prospector Lodge 805. We’re pleased you enjoyed the hot tub and convenient bus stop access. Our team emailed check-in instructions two days before arrival, noting that guests pick up their key card at the Prospector front desk. We value your observations about the unit’s photos and condition; the property is professionally cleaned to our high standards, and we will address your cleanliness concern with housekeeping to prevent recurrence. We will also consider your comments regarding the unit’s dated feel and distance to downtown as we review listing accuracy and potential updates. We look forward to welcoming you back.

The room was pretty dated and the kitchenette was used to be looks like a closet. No real place to hang our clothes, small Armoire (mostly filled for the bedding for the sofa sleeper. They did have some coat hooks, but for 3 people there wasn’t anywhere to really anywhere to hang anything. The pictures showed other more updated pictures of places, so we were expecting something more up dated, some of the tiles on the floor were cracked. The location was good, Main Street to Park City is about 15min away- bus access good right out front. But definitely not rent that room again.

There was no dishwasher and the sink was tiny. This was an huge surprise. And using the hot tub was difficult. Upon exiting the outdoor hot tub it is not possible to go directly indoors to get dried and dressed.
