The Space:

The Main House has a spacious living room that seamlessly connects to a dining room for eight, accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen boasting gleaming stainless steel appliances.

Bedroom one features a king-sized bed, plus additional seating for two. The en-suite bathroom is a sanctuary in itself, complete with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. Bedroom two invites a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Bedroom three is perfect for friends or family, this room features two queen-sized beds, providing both comfort and versatility. These two bedrooms share a second full bathroom, complete with double vanities and an inviting walk-in shower.



The pool house offers a cozy living room with flat screen TV and a kitchenette. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom adds to your convenience.



The guest house on the property offers a spacious living room with a flat screen TV. The full kitchen boasts ample counter space and updated appliances. A dining table seats four comfortably with additional seating for three at the island. The bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom.

There are two hot tubs offering a soothing experience, especially welcome after a day of adventures. Shaded outdoor furniture provides the perfect spots to sit back and unwind. 4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
