From the second bedroom you can access the spacious balcony through sliding doors, offering a serene outdoor setting with waterfront views. The bathroom has a generously sized shower bath and is stocked with complimentary consumables.

The private laundry is fitted with a washing machine, hangers and ample space to dry and store washing after a long day at the beach, plus a second toilet. A secure undercover parking space is available for one car, but there is also free street parking.
