Lynette, thank you for taking time to review your experience with us. We are delighted to hear you had a wonderful stay in this beautiful unit at the base of Snowmass Village. While we can appreciate the feedback regarding key pick up and return, unfortunately there is not an on-site office at the property and all keys must be picked up elsewhere. We do our very best to make it as convenient as possible by offering a location .3 miles from the property, with convenient 24 hour access and clear written instructions on how to get to and navigate the parking garage. We have asked the complex management to consider keyless entry for years and unfortunately they are still committed to the key system. Until this changes we do our very best to offer as convenient a pick up/drop off location as possible. We do have many units that offer a keyless entry system. Some are not as conveniently located as this one is in the heart of the walking village but maybe that would work better for your vacation needs on your next trip!
