The trip was amazing great for a little group to have fun for a couple days, it fit everyone well and the kitchen and yard was perfect. The beach nearby and stores made it amazing. The only thing I would say about the house would be that the floors were really dirty on arrival so when we walked around our feet were black after a little, and we had nothing to clean the floor with to make it better.

Clean. Kitchen well equipped. House was comfortable, and in a good centralized location. I would recommend additional towels for groups. We were given 4 towels for 4 people for a 3 day stay. Otherwise wonderdul experience!

The property was on a busy street but most of the streets in Wilmington are. The only problem with the house was that the bathroom was not handicap accessible but it was not advertisered to be. The house was very clean. We were visiting relatives and the house was centralized. The handicapped comment was not meant to be a criticism but a suggestion. We really enjoyed staying in the house.
