A wonderful stay in a great place.

A location, the best host and unit!

I can’t express how grateful I am to the owner/host, John for providing me with an exceptional stay. The unit was spotless, all amenities provided, fast response to any questions and sincere dedication to providing to his guests if anything was needed. If downtown Naples is a preference to you, this unit is three blocks away from 5th Avenue. The area is safe quiet and upscale. Enjoy all and John again, my sincere thanks! (The city even provided a street blue light directing you to the driveway! The best!

Great spot near downtown Naples

This property is great; centrally located near Olde Naples on 3rd Street, a short walk up to 5th Avenue, and just 5 1/2 blocks from the beach. Two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very functional and living area very pleasant. Perfect for a family or two couples.

Great place and great location!

My wife and I stayed for a month in this property and we absolutely loved it. The furnishings included everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. In addition to being very friendly, John, the owner was available and responsive to our needs. The location in is the heart of Old Naples. Loved it.

The Perfect Spot in Olde Naples

My husband and I just returned from 6 weeks in this newly renovated condo. Super clean and a wonderful location to downtown shops, restaurants, and the beach. The decorating is superb with a coastal, sophisticated feel to it. John was a wonderful host , making sure we had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and miss it already - would definitely recommend for any length of stay!!

Amazing brand new home in Naples!

My family has been renting on the gulf coast in Florida for many years. We just had the most wonderful visit here ever. John the owner spared no expense making this home a true pleasure to stay in. Top to bottom everything is brand new. The kitchen is to die for. Two large bedrooms and a sweet screened in porch to relax in. It's a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything you could want. Short distance to the beach and Naples Pier, wonderfully fabulous restaurants and shops of every kind. John was the perfect host, there if you need him and giving you privacy too. We enjoyed it so much we can't wait to come back to Florida.

A relaxing getaway

I was so pleased wirh my stay. I found it warm and welcoming, super clean and spacious and nicely decorated with a fun coastal decor. Everything I needed had been provided. There are two good sized bedrooms and two baths and a screened in lanai perfect for my morning coffee or a glass of wine later in the day. I enjoyed the lovely quiet neighborhood within walking distance to 5th Avenue and 3rd Street's famous shops and restaurants. Only five blocks to the beautiful beach and a short walk to Naples pier. It was a perfect location for exploring Old Naples by foot. I definitely look forward to staying here again.
