Lovely property and professionally managed

We always cherish our vacations in Sanary and this past summer enjoyed sitting on the balcony of this lovely apartment and our stay. The third floor balcony provides a special view of the bay. The close proximity to Portissol Beach makes for easy trips to and from the sun and sand. Also an easy walk into to town for restaurants and shops is very nice. The building is nice , secure and well managed. Alain and his team provide a very nice apartment unit which was clean and ready for us. We could always get quick answers if any questions. We look forward to future vacations in Sanary.

appartement très bien placé, la terrasse est un atout formidable et l accès à une petite plage privée au pied de la résidence est particulièrement agréable en période estivale quand les plages sont bondées nous reviendrons sûrement !

Problematische Umgebung und Ausstattung

Nach unserer Rückkehr aus Sanary möchten wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass unser Aufenthalt dort extrem gestört wurde durch die Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft. Ab morgens um 6:20 Uhr wurden wir durch Bau Lärm (Presslufthammer) geweckt und waren gezwungen, die Fenster zuschließen was zu unerträglicher Hitze im Raum führte. Diese Baumaßnahmen sind offensichtlich nicht erst kürzlich begonnen worden, sondern schon länger Bei Vorherigen Wissen von dieser Baustelle hätten wir diese Wohnung nicht gewählt. Wir möchten Sie daher zu einer Teil Rückerstattung der Miete auffordern. Abgesehen davon hat uns die Dame, welche uns empfangen sollte über 1 Stunde in der prallen Sonne warten lassen. Die Betten waren gut und bequem, die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist sehr schön. Aber eine Klimaanlage für das Appartement wäre im Sommer dringend nötig. Auch eine Mückensicherung (wenn die Fenster abends offen sind) wäre sehr hilfreich.

Belle location bien localisée

Tres belle vue, appartement spacieux, accès voiture facile avec une place de parking appréciable , accès à la mer privatisé à la résidence également apprécié par nos adolescents en raison des roches et des poissons qui sont de ce fait plus nombreux .

Sérénité avec une très belle vue mer

Bel appartement de standing au dernier étage d'une résidence idéalement placée sur la baie de Portissol avec très belle vue mer. Grande terrasse aérée très agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Belle salle de bain. Seul bémol, le couchage de la deuxième chambre ne convient pas pour des adultes. Le propriétaire est charmant et réactif. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Splendide ! ! !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjours dans ce joli appartement meublé avec goût et très bien équipé avec vue splendide. . . .( même depuis la cuisine lors qu'on prépare les repas ! ! !) Étant empêche d'aller al la plage (cause fort vent) on admire la mer et les bateaux à voile confortablement assis dans son fauteuil. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Splendide!

un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement, qui je vous le confirme, bénéficie d'un panorama extraordinaire! Mieux qu'en photo! Location très bien équipée : rien ne manque, tout y est et surtout une literie très confortable. Seul petit souci, le frigidaire n'est vraiment pas assez grand. Le luxe suprême: la plage privée, eaux chaudes et transparentes. Cela permet de fuir Port Issol. le port est à un petit quart d'heure à pied, la boulangerie à 5 minutes. Bref, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cette location. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain! Isabelle

Une terrasse qui vous entoure de ciel et de mer

Votre appartement est agréable bien ventilé et organisé, la vue de la terrasse une petite merveille. J'ai apprécié de trouver, huile, vinaigre, sucre, etc dés notre arrivée. Mais le frigo un peu petit. Les lits sont confortables. La plage Portissol est bondée et trop petite, mais la plage privée Kami juste en bas (?) formidable. Personellement j'apprécie d'éviter restaurants et autres lieux bruyants. Donc votre appartement un peu à l'écart, c'était parfait. Mais la voiture si elle n'est pas indispensable pour une bonne marcheuse, est plutôt pratique pour les grandes courses Intermarchés et autres Casinos du coin bien fourni en grandes surfaces.

Merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement confortable et spacieux. Tout le necessaire et même plus! la terrasse est très grande. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire et c'est agréable de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Plage de rêve à coté!! Endroit très calme, et surtout une magnifique vue sur la mer et les palmiers.... Splendide appartement méditerranéen.

Cet appartement est formidable. Il offre une vue merveilleuse sur la mer, au loin (ile de Ricard et du Rouveau), mais aussi sur la très jolie baie de Portissol. La cuisine ouverte est très agréable, les lits confortables et il y a beaucoup de rangements. A moins de 15 minutes du centre-ville à pied, il permet de profiter pleinement de ses vacances sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Pareil pour la baignade : plage de sable ou de rochers, mini-plage pour enfants à Portissol... il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Je vous conseille vivement !

What makes this property unique

A quiet apartment with a sea view which we never tire .. Close to everything, parking in front of the building. Large terrace with large windows that allow a large opening on the terrace.
