This villa is located in a little frequented street. Garden level of 70 m2 with terrace/garden of 60 m2 tiled.

You have the beach in front of the villa from the white gate that you see on the picture, 8 steps to do. Supervised beach.

This rental is composed:
a main room 49 m2 opened by a large bay window of 5m giving on terrace/garden of 60 m2 raised with sea view facing the island of Bendor.
Terrace protected by a large curtain banner that protects you from the sun.
Garden furniture with large armchairs, cushions.
Coffee table in travertine. Glass aluminum table for 8 people, chairs. Deckchairs, parasol.
In the main room of 49 m2 is a living room with new corner lounge, 7 seats with meridian (2 beds with bed rapido very comfortable) Wifi- a table in travertine, transparent chairs in polycarbonate, 2 buffets and gray lacquered American kitchen is brand new with central island hob with integrated hood. Electro-appliances brand Smeg top of the range: hob 90 cm Electra with integrated hood, traditional oven, microwave, fridge / freezer.

Opposite 1 sofa rapido in 120 possibility 2 beds (120x2 m) comfortable and very large white lacquered wall furniture

+ A 17 m2 room with a double bed with electrically adjustable beds and a dressing room (large cupboards).

You have the possibility of putting a bed umbrella to provide.

Household linen provided. (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, dishcloths, placemats)

Please bring your own beach towels.

The terrace/garden of 60 m2 with panoramic sea view, protected by a large curtain. This terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sofa 4 armchairs, table + chairs + table in travertine, deckchairs, parasol.

The residence of 4 apartments is closed by an electric gate and digicode. A plancha for 8 persons is at your disposal. 2 TV with large screens, one in the living room of 153 cm and TV 109 cm in the bedroom. Canal + at your disposal. New air conditioning. Parking in the garden for one car for suv also. Visitor's car to be parked outside. Please respect.

tremendous location with fabulous views of the sea

Fantastic experience staying here for 2 weeks. The location was amazing, directly across the street from Plage de Beaucours. From there, it was a nice walk into town for dinner and markets. Sanary is beautiful and just the right size, not too crowded. The unit itself was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sanary despite sone cloudy and rainy days. The house and outside area was exactly like the photos. The nearby beach was rocky but we enjoyed the view over the Mediterranean Sea with all the boats going by. It was easy for us to explore nearby towns and we found some lovely hiking trails. Communication with Graziella was good with the help of Google translate. The furnishings are lovely and everything was clean. We appreciated the welcome drinks. It would have been nice to have some written information about restaurants and things to do in the area.

Vue sur mer, eau cristalline, calme

Nous avons aimé ce petit coin de paradis! Vue mer assis sur notre terrasse ou dans le spacieux salon. Coucher de soleil face à nous au moment du dîner. La plage de Beaucours est à 10 mètres ! L’endroit est idéal pour la baignade et le snorkeling ! L’appartement est très confortable et la grande terrasse permet de profiter vraiment de l’extérieur. 3 couchages en plus de la chambre nous ont permis de recevoir. Nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et bonne humeur par les propriétaires résolument charmants. Nous reviendrons !

Erholung und Meer

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Graziella´s und Claude´s Ferienwohnung verbraht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer ruhigen Bucht. Unbedingt Badeschuhe und Schnorchel einpacken- durch den Kiesel/-Steinstrand ist das Wasser vor allem am Vormittag sehr klar. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung auch privat genutzt wird, da sie sehr gut ausgestattet ist- wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders toll ist die Terrasse mit den Liegemöbeln, den Sitzgelegenheiten und den Schattenmöglichkeiten. In die Innenstadt von Sanary-sur-Mer ist es zu Fuß ein schöner Spaziergang von 30 Minuten. Graziella und Claude waren sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten .Vielen Dank hierfür nochmals.

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit toller und großer Terasse und großartigem Blick auf das Meer. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Kiesstrand über eine kleine, wenig befahrene Straße. Sehr herzliche Vermieter, die bei Fragen gut erreichbar sind

Hervorragende Wohnung am Strand

Eine perfekte Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und tollem Ausblick. Wir haben die schöne Aussicht auf das Meer genossen. Die Wohnung ist einladend eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz im umzäunten Hof ist ebenfalls von Vorteil. Zum Strand der kleinen Bucht muss man nur eine schmale, wenig befahrene Straße überqueren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très belle expérience

Accueil très chaleureux et très simplifié malgré notre arrivée tardive. Belle location avec une vue superbe. Bon équipement, la cuisine était quasi neuve à notre arrivée. Un seul petit commentaire que j'espère constructif pour améliorer la prestation : il y a plein de rangements mais la plupart sont occupés par les affaires des propriétaires, donc je dirais un peu plus de rangement pour les vêtements serait top. Merci en tout cas pour ce séjour.

Le Paradis dans le Var

Avons passé un super séjour dans cette location . 1mn de la Plage, vue époustouflante coucher de soleil top. Logement décoré avec goût et belle terrasse face à la mer veritable plus. Tout y est . echter Urlaub!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Es ist ruhig und durch die direkte Strandlage einfach etwas besonderes. Die Straße dazwischen ist kaum befahren, wir haben sie kaum wahrgenommen. Außerdem ist der Strand ein bisschen ein Geheimtipp, der nicht so überfüllt ist von Touristen. Gut, man sollte sich Gummiwasserschuhe besorgen, um auf den Kieselsteinen laufen zu können. Frau Portella ist sehr freundlich und einfach toll, es gab überhaupt keine Probleme.

Vacanza fronte mare

una splendida vetrata scorrevole lungo tutto il lato frontale dell'appartamento permette di vedere sempre il mare. la vetrata separa l'interno da una veranda coperta da una tenda in cui è bellissimo cenare o fare la prima colazione. la casa è funzionale . Noi eravamo in due ma può tranquillamente ospitare più persone nonostante una sola camera da letto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.

L'appartement en RDC d'une maison est très bien équipé et au calme. L’accès à la plage est direct. La terrasse, avec une vue magnifique, est l'endroit le plus adapté pour passer de bons moments. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et disponibles.

Quand vous y allez, vous y retournez.

Très belle vue, très proche de la mer, tout le confort réuni dans ce logement. Deux années que nous louons à des périodes différentes et toujours séduits avec des propritaires très accueillants.

Très bonne semaine passée dans ce joli appartement à 2 pas de la mer avec aucun bruit aussi bien le jour que la nuit . A recommander à qui veut passer des vacances les pieds dans l eau et sans circulation pour se rendre faire des courses ou aller passer un moment sur le port de sanary .

Séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes

Location conforme en tous points à la description de l'annonce. Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles avant notre arrivée, nous ont très bien accueillis et ont su rester à notre écoute pendant le séjour. Des personnes très charmantes. La maison possède tous le confort d'une habitation, est équipée comme si nous étions chez nous, très propre, confortable et décorée avec goût. Les immenses baies vitrées nous plongent sur une vue à couper le souffle, grande crique à 20 pas de la maison, et coucher de soleil. Aucun vis à vis et lotissement très calme. La "route" entre la maison et la crique n'est empruntée que par les résidents du quartier, où la circulation est très faible. Aucune nuisance à ce niveau là non plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse aménagée où nous avons pris tous nos repas, et avons fait chaque soir des barbecue. Le stationnement est garanti et sécurisé par un portail, ce qui enlève encore un soucis. Pour résumé, nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour, n'avons pas regretté d'avoir fait toute cette route depuis la Normandie, et espérons pouvoir y retourner un jour !

Très bel accueil par les propriétaires et grande disponibilité. Très belle décoration du salon. Magnifique terrasse très agréable pour se détendre ou bien diner avec le coucher de soleil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Idéalement placé, la mer est juste en face, les allers retour plage-maison en tongs sont très appréciables ! Coin de charme très calme. Une très belle adresse pour un séjour parfait.

Appartement très bien situé , les pieds dans l'eau. A 20 mètres, plage de galets dans une petite crique peu fréquentée. Zone résidentielle, donc calme et tranquillité garantis. Appartement très bien équipé, bien entretenu et très confortable. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Superbe terrasse, nous avons profité des bains de soleil et de la vue sur la mer. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse et nous pouvons que la recommander.

Sejour très agreable

Mon mari et moi avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable dans ce très joli appartement à vingt mètres de la plage... Très belle vue, face à la mer, très calme, superbe terrasse , très joli living et surtout des propriétaires vraiment vraiment sympa et serviables... On reviendra c'est certain et on vous le recommande vivement ....

Nous sommes un couple de jeunes retraités. C’est notre maison principale, nous y habitons toute l’année. Donc vous avez tout le confort possible, comme votre propre maison. Nous sommes là pour vous accueillir et vous conseiller ! Il fait bon vivre à Sanary !!!!

A proximité de la maison, vous avez de belles balades à faire sans prendre la voiture. Longez le littoral. Pour les courses vous pouvez trouver à 900 m une supérette Vival avec beaucoup de choix, 2 boulangeries où l’on trouve du très bon pain et patisserie, une boucherie/traiteur de qualité, un restaurant de shuchis, un tabac/journaux/magazines et une cave à vins. Camion de pizzas.

Notre maison est accueillante, les personnes qui séjournent dans notre maison apprécie l’ambiance, le calme la vue sur la mer si proche pour prendre un bain quand vous en avez envie sans prendre la voiture ensuite vous reposer sur la terrasse ombragée protégée par un rideau banne dans le calme en regardant les plus beaux couchers de soleil face à l’île de Bendor.
