This place is awesome. Just outside the "hustle and bustle" of Tumon, right on the ocean, in a nice quiet area. This is our go to place to stay when we visit Guam.

Great ST studio apartment

Clean, Quiet, and Steps from the Beach

The room was excellent! It was very clean and had a fresh, pleasant smell, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach, so we could enjoy the ocean view and easy access to the water. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing family vacation. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway.

Awesome Place

This was the fifth time we've stayed here and it is still as good as the first. Quiet area, calm beach access with a small island to walk to. Close to Tumon without being in the hustle. Clean, nice rooms. Good wifi, some kitchen amenities in the room and a full outdoor kitchen area. Would recommend. We have ashtrays been pleased with our stays.

Studio 206B

Ocean Villa is nice and quiet. It offers access to the beach and a front row seat to beautiful sunsets. As for the studio 206, it was clean however I would add a full length dressing mirror in the closet space and instead of the glass table put shelves in the closet area to store luggage items. Also include trash bags in the room so there are extras after we take trash out. For security maybe change the inside locks with a deadbolt. The security code is too easy and should be changed
