Very clean but cold.

We loved the location and cleanliness of the property; however it was a bit cold and the radiant heating did not create a very warm space. Everything else was wonderful. The provided hot chocolate and wine was awesome; coffee would also be a wonderful add!

Hello Nichole, so sorry to learn of your experience. This is very atypical and we did not have any other similar concerns. I must ask, did you turn on all heat sources? There are radiant heaters in each room plus, the whole house heater which is set at 72 degrees, and can be adjusted up/down for your desired comfort level. We do our best to make our home as comfortable as possible for guests so, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
