Hi Emeline! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Muir Valley Vista. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and the abundance of hiking opportunities nearby. It's great to know that you found the cabin clean and well-equipped. We apologize for the issues with the queen bed and the coffee maker. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and we've already placed a work order for maintenance to address and resolve the coffee maker problem. We'll also look into the comfort of the bed to ensure a more pleasant experience for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding and for noting that your stay was otherwise perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! 💛 We're thrilled to hear you loved the cozy vibe, the great location, the well-stocked kitchen (cute toaster oven included 😄), plenty of towels, and of course the relaxing hot tub — all the good RRG essentials! 🌲✨ We’re really sorry, though, for the inconvenience with the broken bed frame and the key issue. While we’re glad our team responded quickly, those items should have been fully resolved during your stay. That’s not the level of follow-through we aim to provide, and we’re addressing this with our operations team to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We truly appreciate your feedback — it helps us improve — and we’d love the chance to welcome you back for an even smoother, cozier stay next time! 💛🌄

Thank you so much for the thoughtful and honest feedback! 💛 We're really glad to hear you enjoyed the interior of Muir Vista and that the location was perfect for your climbing adventures — that's what we love to hear! We're truly sorry about the exterior issues and the keypad inconvenience at check-in. That’s definitely not the first impression we aim to give, and we’ll be following up with our maintenance and groundskeeping teams right away. We’re grateful for your understanding and so happy to hear you’d consider returning — we’d love the chance to host you again and make your next stay even better! 🌲🔥🧗‍♂️

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin, the enclosed porch, the spacious bathroom, the comfortable sofa, and of course the hot tub 💛🏕️ We also really appreciate you sharing the detailed notes about the kitchen items, mattress, door lock, and pet-related considerations. That kind of feedback is genuinely helpful. We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly when you reached out on arrival, even though we understand the lock issue was still frustrating. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing both the positives and the areas for improvement.

Thank you for your kind review! 😊We’d love to host you again soon! 🏡✨
