Two renovated bathrooms, 2 spacious comfortable living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful dining room, 3 balconies, playroom and laundry room. Bbq, air conditioning, outdoor furniture, two televisions, computer, dishwasher, internet, private parking, heating and electricity included.

Lively area life. Everything within 10 minutes of operation (pharmacy, cafes, supermarket, library, bar and restaurant)
