About this property

Casa PÉ NA Areia, Super Confortavél COM Ar/c E Caseiros

House designed by architect Hélio Pellegrino for the beach in the best location within the condominium, offering all possible comforts and the option to rent a 44-foot speedboat with a skipper (to be arranged).
We have five comfortable and spacious suites, all with air conditioning, one of which, the master suite, has an office and TV. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. The beach is private for four houses, with no access for people from outside the condominium. We provide four parking spaces.

We provide the services of a caretaker and a cook.

On the deck of the house there is a small swimming pool, overlooking the sea.

On New Year's Eve there will be a fireworks display in Portogalo Bay using barges provided by the condominium.
