Perfect for our family of 4! House was very clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the activities in the basement. Great location, located on a quiet street but still close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

The home was decorated so marvelous in mid-century modern, it was so cute! We are already planning another trip to go back. It was nice and clean. The owner was very pet, friendly, and always there if we had a problem, which we did not. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The home was close to grocery stores, so we did most of our own cooking in the kitchen and that saved us some money. Absolutely no complaints. Will stay there again

Charming house in a prime location

This house is perfectly adorable. The owners have made the most of the space. I loved the mid century touches! Our pups enjoyed the fenced back yard. Loved our stay!

We just got home from 3 days in Cedar Rapids. We were visiting our granddaughter who attends Coe College. The house served our purpose extremely well. I especially loved the fenced yard for my dog.

Hiawatha Stay

We had a very nice stay.. I recommend this place for everyone. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed “game night” downstairs playing ping pong.

This home is perfect! Can easily get anywhere in the CR area quickly! Home is decorated in retro style, kitchen was fully stocked, and fenced yard was enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!!

Adorable and convenient!!

This house is so cute! The owners have really done a great job with the remodel and utilizing all the space. Our pups loved the fenced in yard. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Great small house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Checking in was simple process. The cost was less than the hotel I normally stay at, added benefit!!Host went out of their way to make sure you didn't need anything. Hopefully the next time in town, they are available!!

Our Hiawatha Stay May 2025

We absolutely loved this adorable home! It was the perfect little get away and place to stay with our children. We loved how it was set up to be kiddo friendly yet kept it's retro charm. We loved and used the side yard, appreciated how cleanly everything was, and how accommodating the space was for adults and children. You can tell the owners love this little slice of family friendly heaven. Highly recommend this little spot the next time you're visiting Iowa!

First time renting one of these, I was amazed at he amount of thought was put into this place to make it like someone actually lived there. Very accommodating stay. Will use again if available.
