The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Bedroom number four has an added single bed so there is the capacity to sleep 4 couples and one single. A travel cot is also available.

This house is a few steps away from a famous cafe Richies, a local hang out where good coffee and good food abounds! Its a quick walk to Double Bay for shopping and more fine dining, and just as interesting in the other direction to Rushcutters Bay, to the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia and the Navy Bear cafe.

For young families, there are plenty of interesting park walks and playgrounds to explore in Rushcutters Bay accessed by steps to the immediate left of the house or by the road and pavement if you are praming it. Its a 8 minute stroll to the ferry wharf for ferries all over Sydney and easy access to shopping centres at Edgecliff and Double Bay for stocking up the pantry and fridge.
