Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful space with quality furnishings. Was perfect for our group of 13 people to stay for a few days. Ability to be alone/private, or with the group. Had some issues with the locks upon arrival, but the host was very responsive. I've already booked our next trip here!

We are a group of 9 couples from college that have gathered each year for over 40 years. We were all in agreement that this property and location was one of the top destinations. This house is beautiful, spacious, and fully appointed for guest comfort for a large group. We highly recommend this property.

Our stay was amazing! We rented the entire building and it exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for a large girl getaway/bachelorette trip for 13 girls. We really loved the large rooftop. I would highly recommend this house. It is also very walkable to downtown.

We booked the entire TA Bryson house for a family reunion and had the most amazing experience. This property is located in the heart of the historic district in Savannah with easy walking distance to squares and parks as well as the riverfront. The house was perfect for a family reunion, with extra gathering spaces inside and outside and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We especially appreciated the elevator for our family members with mobility issues and the detailed listing pictures so we could accurately assign bedrooms to our family members. This was our 50th family reunion travelling around the world and this house will hold special memories for us enjoying the rooftop deck, World Cup games on the big screen, and big family breakfasts in the main kitchen. The history and charm of this house and its surrounding neighborhood are quite special. Thank you for a lovely week in Savannah.

Best VRBO So Far

We have stayed in many VRBO’s as a family (18 people) and this time was for a SCAD graduation and the consensus was the best property so far! Everything is as great as the photos. Couldn’t be in a better location and the management team couldn’t have been more accommodating. Can’t even describe how great the rooftop terrace was.

New historic Savannah property

Excellent location in the heart of the historic area of Savannah. It is walking distance to many museums, restaurants, etc. It has a lot of extras included such as a great rooftop garden with Napoleon grill and kitchenette. Spacious kitchens and living areas. We rented all 3 units for a big family vacation. The underground garage is a tight area to maneuver. The height of the ceiling on the ramp was too low for an SUV so we had to park it at the liberty street garage which is close by.
