Piso-dúplex situado en el centro de San Javier, comunicado con la playa de Santiago de la Ribera por amplios paseos( en ambos sentidos) , carril bici y a una distancia de unos dos Km.
La planta baja consta de un salón -comedor que comunica con una moderna y equipada cocina.Tiene dos dormitorios y un baño con armarios en todos ellos.
La planta superior dispone de un estudio-dormitorio con un baño y una amplia terraza .
Está muy convenientemente situado, muy cerca de Mercadona y de la plaza del pueblo. A menos de 50 m. hay una farmacia y una panadería. El mercado de los días jueves está a dos bloques del edificio.
