Perfect location. Ideal for old town plenty of restraunts and bars and about 20 mins walk to 525 with all amenities.Great market around the corner from property on a Tuesday. Beach front walk way flat so can walk/ cycle with no problem, also well lit of a night.

Lovely sea views

This property is ideal for two people. We stayed in January but found the heating system lacking therefore we would class it as a late spring, summer rental. Having said that it is near shops and restaurants and to walk out on the sea front is idyllic.

Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated! The heating is brand new and lots of people stayed already during winter time with no complaints. It would have been better to ask us or the local agent to explain how the heating works instead of just mentioning this at this review. The most perfect apartment

Wow, I couldn't believe my luck to have stumbled across this property, it has been renovated to an extremely high standard, even the appliances are high end. The location on the seafront is ideal, I was in the sea every day and at night we didnt have far to walk to bars and restaurants. There were two bikes available to use as well which was another bonus.The beds were so comfortable, I can honestly say that this is the best sofa bed I have ever slept on. This apartment is a showstopper, we lit the beautiful lights up each night and watched peoples reaction as they walked by- some even stopped to ask how much it cost. I am hoping to be able to return here very shortly. The photos show the view of the sun rising across the Mar Menir from the patio, dont miss it.

Great location but tired

Just the location we wanted but it was damp, things like bed support broken, catch on rear door not aligned so not useable, kitchen tap turned on but only able to turn it off with difficulty. A lot of things in the property were affected by damp including under beds etc. The strange configuration of the property, three adjacent bedrooms with interconnecting openings in the walls with pull down shutters, is awkward when sharing with other couples especially when weather is hot. There is no air conditioning and the free standing fans did not go close to keeping cool. In fairness the management company dealt with the water issue very promptly.

Wunderschöne moderne Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe war unglaublich nett, in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Sie ist außergewöhnlich gut eingerichtet, der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Auf der Promenade ist immer was los, aber bei der Lage in erster Reihe weiss man, worauf man sich einlässt. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt.

Ha sido alucinante, el apartamento está de lujo, sencillo y práctico y se puede ver el mar desde cualquier estancia de la casa. Ha sido simplemente alucinante, un sueño hecho realidad. Mi madre quería estar unos días en primera línea de mar y nunca pensaba algo tan ideal. Nos ha encantado Bravo por el diseño de la casa y por los detalles, bicicletas incluidas De 10. 🤗

Sheer perfection

We had the most amazing stay in this apartment. From start to finish the owner and management could not have been nicer or more helpful. The apartment is absolutley stunning and top spec with everything you need and more. It was a real home from home. The spanish neigbours were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. A wonderful place to stay . To open your door and be able to walk straight on to the beautiful beach is simply amazing. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.♡♡♡

Our stay was cancelled after one night due to damp and water penetration

Our guest was not happy after one night and we voluntarily agreed to cancel the booking and re-imburse 100% without any discussion to avoid any criticism. The guest staid one night for free and was not even willing to pay for the cleaning. The wall of the beachfront house had been repaired before booking and is still in the process of getting completely dry. No smell at all.

this is a lovely ground floor apartment so close to the sea and the shops are just the top of the road my wife and grandaughter loved it there i would stay there again so hope to see you all soon
