Host was good. Location is great. Beds and kitchen utensils and cookware need upgrades.Being able to ski out and walk to village was great though.

Very easy to use. Management was extremely helpful and easy to reach out to any time of day. Sucks you have to pay to use the pool, lifts, weight rooms and bbq’s. That was a bit pricey but worth it. We had an excellent time. Spent a lot of time at the lake. Great stay. Would stay again.

Great condo in a perfect location

This property was a perfect place to stay for skiing and snowboarding. The condo is just as it looks in the listing. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need (besides food of course!). Chris was very responsive from beginning to end. We ended up with a WiFi problem and Chris had someone out within an hour to fix it. We would definitely stay there again. We had a great time there!

We booked this property specifically for its advertised ski-in/ski-out access. The resort closed immediately after our arrival, rendering that primary feature unusable. We contacted the host both before and after the closure to seek a reasonable solution. Despite the loss of the main advertised amenity, the host refused any refund or credit and insisted the cancellation policy would be enforced without exception.This was not simply a change of plans. The core feature of the property, as advertised, could no longer be used once Northstar California Resort closed. There was no flexibility or willingness to work toward a fair outcome.If your trip depends on specific conditions or amenities, understand that there may be no accommodation if those conditions change.Based on how this was handled, we would not book this property again.

Hi Allen, our cancellation policy is as listed for our property. What our guests plans are outside our property when visiting the area understandably do not have any affect on the cancellation policy. Should we refund someone because they were planning a day at the beach and it rained? We would prefer you do not rent any TAP homes in the future as well. Sincerely, TAP
