Great place! Spacious, nice game room with beach toys and chairs provided (also 4 bikes and 2 surfboards and ping pong table but not used). Greatly appreciated 2 pack and plays for our 2 young children. Was unable to reach the host about a couple of minor things but did not have any major issues. Very limited paper products provided but we bought more at nearby grocery store, only 1 outdoor trash bin that was already partly full, bedroom window had no blinds or curtain, ceiling fan loud/ wobbled and not very strong. Enjoyed location, decorations, space to park 3 cars in driveway. Would stay again.

Overall, the livable area that had AC was nice and the beds were comfortable. The website stated there were 5 bedrooms with 9 beds. Sadly, there were 7 beds and no 5th bedroom. They did say the 5th bedroom was finished garage but it did not mention there was no AC and it was more an entertainment room than a bedroom. Unfortunately, a couple of us had to sleep on the couches in the living room as the "5th bedroom" was about 80 degrees. There was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap or laundry soap for the week. I felt the accountability from the owners was poor.

This was a wonderful home for our family of five. The kids all got their own rooms and the teenage boys were very happy to hideaway upstairs with their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was thoughtfully, coffee, and tea enough to get started. The garage had lots of snorkel gear and beach mats and chairs that were super helpful. Kelsey was great to work with… She was quick to respond with island recommendations throughout our stay. The location of the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and great for a run by the golf course every morning. The 4 minute drive to the FoodMart was also fantastic. I would definitely recommend this location!

We have visited Kauai and stayed in Princeville many times and this is our favorite rental we have ever had there!! The house is very lovely, in a very nice neighborhood, close to everything, large kitchen, and lots of amenities such as surfboards and bikes to use! There is also a beautiful walking path nearby that goes beside the golf course with gorgeous views! We would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future!!
