Outdoors, the huge pool has a tanning shelf, and is integrated with the raised waterfall spa as well as the lap area of the pool. The backyard is ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining. It has 2 tables with seating for 16, and shades pull down to protect from the sun. It also has a built-in BBQ and pizza oven. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, or the fireplace in the front courtyard.

The main house has a free flowing floorplan. The great room has comfortable seating, TV, wood burning fireplace with gas lighter, and flows into the dining area and kitchen. Two dining tables and kitchen bar offer seating for 15. The kitchen is fully equipped with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware for a group. The second living room and dining room feature seating, a beautiful wine room, dining table for 6 and views out to the pool. The media room has seating, TV and a dart board.

The main house has 4 of the guest bedrooms. The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard, TV and fireplace. En suite bathroom has a tub, shower and walk-in closet. Suite 2 has a King bed and en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Suite 3 has a Queen bed and en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, office setup, and doors to the side yard with a sitting area. Half bath in the hallway. The Casita is in the courtyard and has a King bed, TV, and en suite bath with shower.
