This place is a gem with its gated compound, high ceiling well-appointed apartment and lovely location.We would return in a heartbeat :)Host are exceptional and we had a wonderful vacation with this as our homebase.

Another day in paradise

The beach front property was beautiful and well maintained. There many restaurants nearby. We rented a golf cart so we could travel both north and especially south on the island. Everyone we met in the course of our stay was friendly and helpful. We hope to visit this house and area again. It was a great vacation.

Very comfortable oceanfront apartment

We highly recommend staying here. The owners are very kind and informative, they even made a reservation at a great restaurant for our anniversary! The furniture is very nice and comfortable especially the bed. The AC works great, but not needed very much as the open windows provided a nice breeze. There were several nice places to sit and enjoy the outdoors, including the end of a new dock, where the stars were amazing at night! It's also conveniently located just north of San Pedro. We will definitely return!

The villa is roomy and comfortable with lots of screened windows for plenty of air flow. We only used the air conditioning in the bedroom to sleep at night. It is right on the beach so we were able to walk to restaurants both north and south. The owner Kelly was a great help in getting us to his favorite dive shop, Chuck and Robbie's, which I would also highly recommend. But the villa is right on the main road so that there is traffic noise, the most annoying being construction trucks and motorcycles. You barely notice the golf cart sounds.
