303C is a Beautiful 2 BR on the Harbor - Great Rates

Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project. You may hear noise from concrete grinding, dust is expected as well due to the grinding, and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. Balcony access may be limited or inaccessible during this time.

*Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website. This must be paid in order to park onsite and not be towed. 2 car maximum. * Absolutely no trailer, RV, or oversized vehicle parking is allowed. Golf carts are also not allowed per the HOA.

This pleasantly adorned unit has all you require to ensure your vacation is a relaxing one. The kitchen comes with plenty of open space and all the pots, pans, dishware, silverware, and full-size appliances needed to prepare your favorite feast on the large dining table. The living room has a plush sectional and a large-screen HDTV to fulfill your entertainment desires.

You may even enjoy a meal on your open air on the balcony and watch the boats float by. The balcony offers attractive views of the Destin Harbor.

Both the bedrooms come completed with HDTV’s, Master has a king bed and the guests bedroom has two full size beds allowing this condo to sleep 6 guests in comfort and ease. Has 3 TV's and DVD players.
