Great views of Pensacola Bay and Gulf of America!!! The condo was adequately furnished and stocked with kitchen essentials. The master bedroom has beautiful views of the gulf. The only complaint would be the sheets and mattress need replacing. Not a comfortable sleep. Cheers Steve

Honestly, we'd stay here again - the view was BEAUTIFUL. The condo was peaceful and quiet. A walk to the beach is easy and not too far, unless you have kids and a million things to carry, in which case you may want to drive like we did. :) :) :) My only complaint, really, is the bathrooms weren't as clean as I'd like to have seen. Also, the kitchen silverware holders need to be cleaned. Everything else appeared clean. Hair in the shower or anywhere in the bathroom is not my favorite. I'd still stay here again - but would like to see more thorough cleaning.

The only thing nice about this Condo is the view. It is old and outdated. In dire need of repair. The washing machine didn't spin. The oven didn't heat properly. The blinds fell off the wall and were missing screws. We touched a door knob and it fell off. The wash clothes and kitchen towels were stained. The floors were not and have not been washed in a very long time. Turned our feet black. The balcony wasn't swept. The windows were very dirty. Clearly a very neglected Condo. The grounds were beautiful. The bldg itself was very nice. The elevators were very quick.The pool was very nice. The walk to the beach fine. We stayed in 10B. You do not want me to share the photos I took. I would not think this Condo in its current condition would meet Vrbos standard.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for seven glorious nights last week. The condo has an exquisite view that can’t be matched. The conduit itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We loved our time so much. We plan on renting it again next year. Thank you to the hosts. It was a lovely week.
