Our host was excellent! Communication with Rushil was easy and timely. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive. Unit was in great shape, even stocked with a MEASURING CUP (a rarity in our experience). Location wonderful, just outside CBD, but on tram line!

The location is on point. Botanic Gardens, The Shrine, the Tan and Anzac train station all within walking distance. Copious amount of trams right outside. Decent coffee about 200 metres away. Plenty of eateries all within walking distance. Tram ride into the CBD takes roughly 10mins. The apartment is quite spacious with a great view. Decent balcony but unfortunately no balcony furniture.The addition of extra teaspoons and wine glasses wouldn’t go astray. Shower water pressure is fantastic. Were able to wash and dry the towels using the facilities in the apartment. There is one queen bed and one double. I would recommend an upgrade to a second queen bed. We were a party of two mature age couples and the couple in the double found it a tight squeeze. The host Rushil was fantastic, replied to any questions and queries almost immediately. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Host was responsive. Location was excellent right off the tram lines. Apartment lacked dish setting/glasses for our party of 4 despite advertising it can accommodate 4 people. Otherwise cleanliness was fair, beds were comfortable.
