THE SPACE:

Glengrove is a 3 bedroom characterful family home in a terrific quiet location, walking distance to all amenities the district has to offer.

➤ Features include:

• 2 carpeted bedrooms, the main with built in robes and bedroom 2 having free-standing robes. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double, Bedroom 3 has 2 singles.
• Pets are welcome but must remain outside. There is both a garage and outdoor toilet for undercover areas to keep your pet overnight.

• The full, updated kitchen has modern appliances, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top, and ample cupboard space. Basics supplied - oil, tea, coffee. There is also a barbeque in the rear yard to cook up a storm!

• Adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan dining/informal lounge and through double period glass doors is the formal living room - this faces east and is a great spot for a coffee in the morning sun!
• Small but functional central bathroom, with shower, vanity and toilet, and second toilet in the laundry space.

• There is a separate study (with desk/chair/computer monitor) and Wifi provided.
• Separate laundry at the rear of the house (with washer, dryer and foldable drying racks).
• Two smart TVs.
• Ducted heating throughout. Split system a/c in the living area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

• All linen/bedding/towels provided, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
• The high ceilings and original features throughout give this home a very traditional feel.

• Ample parking off street via the long side driveway. Please note our street and those surrounding the home are permit parking only at all times - there is a visitor permit available for your use.

• Secure rear garden for the children to play or for pets. High chair, toddler table/chairs, a selection of toys/books, infant bath, portacot and linen all provided.

• In a fantastic area, transport is at your fingertips, along with great shops and cafes.
