Great house with perfect views….but LONG trek to the beach if pulling wagons or babies!

We had a good time at the house- it was beautiful with great views. The two sand dunes to trek across to access the beach were tough with a wagon, but it was not unbearable! (A long walkway lined with wood or stones would be a huge asset to this location!) Because we had such a large party, (6 adults 18 years or older, one teen - 17, a two year old and a six month old baby), we fought over hot water! However, the showers were beautiful. If the hot water heater was turned up quite a bit, it would help fix any of those issues!

We’ve been staying at a variety of houses in Fort Morgan for over 20 years. Sugar Magnolia was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious, updated, and right on the beach. Appreciate you sharing your space with us!
