Welcome to Pipe Dream East

Check out our beach-front duplex in Fort Morgan. We are located 15 miles from Highway 59 in a private beach community on the historic Fort Morgan peninsula. The house is on miles of residential beach, but only minutes from all the excitement of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Be sure to check the east side of the home at 631063 if this side is booked or you are interested in renting both sides.

Enjoy our home with almost 1700 square feet of living space per unit. With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this unit accommodates 8 people in comfort. We have a soundproof wall between the units with an interior door that connects them - ideal if you're renting the entire home.

It is family-owned and managed and was designed with all the comforts of home in mind.

Living area:
The living area looks out over the Gulf and opens to the large deck through the 9 foot sliding door. The living room has a Sofa/Hide-A-Bed, 2 recliners and a bench seat plus a 60-inch TV, DVD player and Bluetooth stereo.

Kitchen and dining area:
The fully-equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. With service for 12, you will find everything you need to serve up a great meal and the pantry closet offers plenty of room for a week's worth of groceries. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 4 stools at the breakfast bar.

Laundry area:
The laundry closet upstairs has a full-size/front load washer/dryer with hanging rods and ample shelving for storage.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms have a private bathroom and HD T.V.s. The master suite has a king size bed, 50 inch T.V., desk and a walk-out to a private beach-front balcony. The 2nd bedroom (upstairs) has 2 queen beds, separate closets and an ocean view. The 3rd bedroom, located on the main floor, has a queen bed and windows overlooking the street.

Outside:
Outside you will find parking for 4 cars on our paved parking area, two grills and a place to dine in the shade under the center of the building. The unit has covered stairs leading to a private entryway and the deck has a 6-foot shared walkway to the beautiful white sand beaches. The deck has an 8x16 ft divided area opening to a 12x 32 shared area ideal for groups.

Perfect house for Family or small group retreat. This beachfront house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is beautiful but not crowded. It's located in a quiet area but only about 15 minutes away from all that Gulf Shores has to offer. We will go back!

I could not have had a better vacation! We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean well stocked and the owner is awesome. He responds with any need you may have quickly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Location was great, rental had just about everything you would need. 3 things we wished would have been better. Dishwasher missing 1 rack support so it didn’t work, struggled with the sliding glass door-very frustrating, also no oven mitts but we had brought dish towels so that wasn’t too bad

Fantastic Place to Stay

If you're looking to get away from the crowds in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach this is the place to stay. Love that it's such a short walk to get to the beach. Unit is beautifully decorated and well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an A property. It was clean, and spacious with modern decor. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was equipped well: kerig, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric mixer, plenty of pots and pans etc..... They have beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids. It was beautiful!

We had a bug problem we losted all our fresh baked goods , The AC units were very noisy and for the price the furniture wasn’t very comfortable! Your home was very nice and access to the beach was great all in all we had a great time!

Great stay.

A great location to explore the Fort Morgan, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area. Great private beach. Well maintained. The two unit home was perfectly quiet even with a family in the adjacent unit. Kitchen well stocked. 3.5 bathrooms were very convenient. Home is as advertised. We would return to this home if visiting the area again.

After a tough year, we decided it would be nice for our family to go out of town for Christmas. We felt welcomed as soon as we stepped through the door. This home was beautifully decorated, remarkably clean and literally on the beach. We opened our Christmas presents in the living room looking out onto the beautiful blue waters and white sand. What a way to celebrate the birth of Christ. It could not have been more perfect. It’s more than we could dream of. The time spent on this trip, although short, was beyond precious! We even had the pleasure of meeting the host, Dave, while we were there. He was incredibly kind and super easy to work with. He was more than accommodating. It is evident that both him and his family take pride in their home and enjoy allowing others to experience all it has to offer. It’s not often that you have the opportunity to meet host in person. So cool to put a face with the name. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at beach. Kitchen is very well stocked. We had everything needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. Owner responded quickly to a small issue. Overall it was a perfect week. I recommend this home strongly.

Great location

We love this little spot. The unit was spotless with everything we needed. We loved the boardwalk to the beach. Please note this unit is further into Fort Morgan so be prepared to make the drive into Gulf Shores. The unit also had chairs, beach toys, and kiddie pools to use. We loved it!

Girls Trip

We stayed here for our annual girls tip and it was perfect!! The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. The house was amazing! Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and loved having enough bathrooms. When we headed down to the beach it was just a few steps down to a nice quiet beach. The house had everything we needed and we’ll definitely be back.

Right on the Beach!

My husband and I traveled to Ft. Morgan with my brother and his wife. The duplex was the PERFECT location! We could just walk out onto the beach - no need to even take a bag! The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. We got lucky with great neighbors in the duplex next door. Our only teensy tiny complaint is that the AC upstairs didn't get quite as cold as we would have liked. We were there in April, so it wasn't a big deal, but I could see it being a problem in the heat of summer. Overall, we LOVED our stay!

We have been to Gulf Shores Twice.Two years ago we stayed at condo. The apartment was less expense but not near as nice.The appliances was like new, the beds were nice.PipeDream was the best place by far.The family next door was nice.The beach was not crowded.Hope to stay here again in a couple of years.We can only afford to go every two years.

The perfect beach vacation

This house surpassed our expectations and the photos do not do it justice! It’s beautiful! Very clean! Great layout with bathrooms in all bedrooms. We stayed for a week and watched dolphins swim by the house every day!! The early morning sunrise walks on the beach were great for shell picking! The beach is steps away from the house. Perfect for families with little kids! They had everything we could possibly need. Would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home if you are looking for a quiet beach vacation away from all of the college spring break scene! Worth every single penny! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here again!

So close to the beach + tons of beach items

Everything about the rental process was easy! The host was excellent with speedy communication! I can't complain about anything related to the beach- great, extended deck to walk down, so close to the watch, 4tubs of beach items (shared with/ the other side), and the functional household appliances were great! Things were super clean, was Th the exception of the master shower. The shower is tiled and could use an update. I’m not sure the cleaning crew is aware that bleach (or whatever they may be using) doesn't actually kill mold on porous surfaces. I cleaned it with several bottles of peroxide but still wore shower shoes. That was really the only iffy thing. For those who hate bugs, I am pleased to report that I only saw 1 water bug and it was easy to get rid of! No other bugs! It was great! We would be back, but would recommend the master shower be retailed or for the cleaning crew to use mold KILLER (or cleaning peroxide)

Nice place

My wife, Brenda, and I own and operate a small fishing resort in Chetek, Wisconsin. We have been fortunate enough to visit Gulf Shores in the winter for the past 20 years. Eighteen years ago we stayed in a beach house on Beach Boulevard just 12 doors down from our new home. Every night we would walk the beach and talk about how nice it would be to someday have a place right here. We loved the feeling of a neighborhood on the beach with beautiful views and wide open spaces. No other place in Gulf Shores ever seemed so right to us. With a lot of effort, the help of an economic downturn and a partnership with my mother and sister's family, we have made the dream come true. We use this house as our own in the off season, which enables us to keep it in top condition. We manage it ourselves because we want to offer a personal touch. We want to know about the things people like and the things they don't, so we can continually improve our home and make it right for you. This is our dream...
