Fabulous location, beautiful home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for us and the sleeping arrangements worked great for three adult couples, kids in the bunk room. We want to come back!

Sunday Funday Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best stay. We love cinnamon shore and the house we were at (Sunday funday) was wonderful. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone! They kids loved the bunk beds. Can’t recommend it enough.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well kept, quiet and pretty. The pool we visited was fun to play and great for little ones. The food was delicious. Communication is a huge issue. We couldn’t just call the front office to get help. I reserved a golf cart (called twice to confirm and spoke with office upon arrival) and when it arrived we couldn’t start it because no one followed through to finish the paperwork before delivery. The humidifier in our unit wasn’t working which we reported several times and it was never fixed. There wasn’t any dish soap in the unit.

A golf cart that couldn't be started after two confirmation calls and an in-person check-in, a humidifier reported multiple times and never fixed, and no dish soap are all things that should never have been left unresolved. You deserved seamless service from start to finish and we fell short of that. We will be addressing our communication and follow-through processes directly to ensure every guest receives the attentive experience they deserve. We hope to welcome you back for a much smoother stay!

Quick cart ride to pools and beach.Pros - having a king bedroom and living space on the first level was a big plus for us senior citizens. Great kitchen.Cons - the metal chairs, stools, and table were very uncomfortable and not in keeping with this level of property.
