This 5BR/4.5BA, three-story home boasts plenty of living space and Gulf views throughout and is really near the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Resort-style amenities in this neighborhood also include two sparkling shared pools. Enjoy beautiful Gulf view from the outdoor spaces and four of the bedrooms. This house also has an elevator for your convenience. Saltylime also offers a ping pong table, extra pillows and blankets, books and reading material and boardgames.


At Royal Sands, you'll enjoy luxurious resort-style amenities, including two shared year-round pools and a private boardwalk to the beach. In-home amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix access with your own account, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the driveway. Spend sun-soaked days relaxing on the beach, swimming, and building sandcastles. 0.2 mile walk to the beach by way of the boardwalk, 3.5 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife, 5.3 miles to the Marina for fishing and dolphin charters. For miles of shoreline and wide, sandy beaches, make your way down to Mustang Island State Park.

Stunning Beach View

Saltylime was a fantastic property for our group of 12. The view of the beach is absolutely fabulous and the boardwalk/cart path to the beach is right outside the door. We had a blast and really loved the house.

The location is great. Condition of the home is VERY worn - stains on the rugs and carpet, mold in the vents and throughout the home, multiple cockroach/bugs inside the kitchen, some of the linens were stained, and just overall not prepared for VRBO. There were no trash bags, dish soap or other necessary items. While we enjoyed the location, the condition of the home was very disappointing.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY

TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE DUE TO THE 3RD STORY BEDROOM TV DID NOT WORK BECAUSE OF NO REMOTE. MESSAGED THE HOST ON THE APP AND I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. STILL TO THIS DAY HAVE NEVER HAD A RESPONSE. NOT A BIG ISSUE BUT WHEN YOU ARE LYING IN BED WITH YOUR 6 YR OLD AND YOU CAN NOT GET THE TV TO WORK, IT BECOMES A BIT OF A PROBLEM.
