You'll love sinking into the comfy Living Room sofa, or one of the comfy chairs, after a day of soaking up the sun on the Beach. Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV, AND still take in those incredible Ocean City Views....right from the sofa! A large Private Balcony gives Views of the Beach making it the place to both begin and end your day. Outdoor Furniture makes for an awesome place to relax while watching the kids or the Dolphin play!

The well-stocked Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your Family. Spacious and well-appointed, you will love preparing Family Meals, while never missing a moment of family time. There is plenty of seating at the dining table for a family meal, or a fun family game night in! Not one to cook on Vacation? A 2nd Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo is conveniently located central to the Living Area and the Bedrooms. Just down the hall is a convenient Washer and Dryer.

The Quay requires a $50 Registration Fee paid upon arrival. Each condo registration is guaranteed 1 Parking Permit unless other arrangements have been made with the building in advance. Only 1 Parking Space is guaranteed.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
