The owner was great that’s about the only plus. We took 45 min to check in cause the email was not sent to us for check in we had to wait on hold and figure it out 45 min with customer service. There was not really many utensils for food and they were dirty and had to be washed from the cabinet. Saw 2 roaches while there so I’ll have to throw everything away I brought cause it’s not going in my car. The ceiling looks like it’s going to collapse in some areas and should be looked at. There is cobwebs and dust all over walls. The ac doesn’t really cool the home and must rely on fans. The grill was loaded with water and Carole will be needed and it will need to be dried. There’s nothing to clean the dishes with so had to buy a scrubbing brush. All in all the owner is great but the house needs a lot of work wouldn’t recommend if roaches are not in your list of things to bring home.

Where do i start, i checked in the house it smelled because garbage can was full in kitchen. I go in 1 room and the sheets all messed up like someone slept on it. Roof in front is about to fall. Kitchen is extra small and the floors are weak. The only house on the block that has not cut the grass. No iron in the house had to go buy 1, and towels in bathroom were old and stained
