Why they chose this property

My home is a mid-century home that has been renovated and updated with stylish and comfortable furniture. My home's backyard is an oasis and has lots of trees and a garden and a patio with seating for six. Its very relaxing and great for watching the sun go down. I get lots of light through-out the house the entire day and I also have a front covered porch ideal for siting and enjoying a good read. My home is also 2 minutes from transit and has a high walk score with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
