Lisa, We appreciate your family's choice to stay with us at our lovely Seacrest home! We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. We will have our team inspect those balcony doors to ensure proper, easy use. We agree, the location of this home is fantastic! A stay at Lazy Days has a pool right in the backyard and the beach just a quick walk across the street! We apologize if the neighbors made your family feel unwelcome in any way. There are many permanent residents in the communities here along 30A, even in those such as Lazy Days that do not have an HOA. There are still noise ordinances and rules for the homes that must be followed and at times, the neighbors will report to us or the homeowner when these rules are not being followed. We do our best to kindly communicate this to guests and provide ample time to correct these matters before intervening further. We hope this experience will not deter you from renting from us in the future for the opportunity to provide a better beach vacation to your family. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
