Come enjoy Khalee-sea, a large beach retreat with private pool, conveniently located just north of 30A in the heart of Seacrest, Florida! This striking 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in the Seabreeze community sleeps up to 12 guests. All 4 bedrooms offer private bathrooms.

As you walk up the stairs to the main floor you're greeted by the large open concept kitchen and entertaining area. The kitchen island offers plenty of prep space as well as casual seating for 4. The more formal dining area has seating for 8 and there's a picnic-style table right outside on the balcony. Head down to the backyard and grill your favorites poolside. There's plenty of seating around the pool for both lounging and dining.

This home is a short 3-minute walk to the beach access located less than 1 mile from the surrounding communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Watersound. Seabreeze Trail puts you within a short walk, bike ride, or drive to fun family activities like The Big Chill (formerly The Hub), delicious restaurants, popular boutiques, and more!

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great 4 bedroom house + pool in good location

Traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of extra space. Located close to beach access for an easy walk with young kids. Private pool is great.

Great House near Beach!

Perfect Stay at 30A

House was perfect for our two families. Walk to the beach is the perfect distance. The pool at the home is a welcome retreat after the beach. Home was well equipped. Great stay.

Great place for families

Great place for families! It was very close to the beach. The backyard was very comfortable and we spent most evenings hanging out watching the kids swim. We loved having the pool in the shade to get a little break from the sun at times during the day. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We spent the week at Kahlee-sea. Everything was great. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. And the heated pool was fantastic as the week was a little cool. We would definitely stay at this property again. It's proximity to the beach and other activities were very satisfactory

Every kitchen item you would every need, and more plates, cups, and utensils than anyone is like to use. The backyard was wonderful. It was shaded most of the day and a great place to cook and hangout. The pool was bigger and deeper than it appears in the pictures. The house is a a two minute walk from the beach access, and the beach of gorgeous. It’s also conveniently situated not only the The Big Chill entertainment area, but to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed the back porch and the backyard with the heated pool! This would be a perfect spot during the warmer months lots of shade! The cafe lighting was great! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking even had a crockpot! A great time was had by all!

We had a great time however the jacuzzi doesnt work and the house does sway when others are using the stairs for instance. If you are sensitive to movement give it some thought. Great location but there are a lot of stairs inside and out of the house.

Beautiful Beach Home

It was such a short walk to the beach and the house was very nice. It accommodated us perfectly. I would definitely recommend. Only negative thing I can say is the pool was in the shade of the house. Probably perfect for July and August but we had to pay the extra to heat the pool and it was worth it. However or pool time was limited when the temperature dropped into the 60’s at night it was just too cold in the pool.

Reviewer Comments: Benchmark was absolutely amazing to work with- I liked the fact that they let us get into the house when it was cleaned and ready to go in. They were the best at getting back to us promptly with any questions we had. Thank you so much for that!!! The house was beautiful- area was nice but the steps to the beach are not for those of us out of shape. We didn’t realize when we booked the home that we had those stairs. Other negative was the pool- we thought it would be warmer but it wasn’t warm enough to enjoy- maybe later in the summer but the area around the pool was fantastic and comfortable for the whole family to hangout. Thanks again for let us rent the house!

Nice home

House was perfect size for family stay bedrooms and bathrooms were great and cleaned well however alot of dishes under the cabinets had to be washed before using due to greasy pans and utensils having old food still on them. Internet service was horrible and could hardly get the wifi to work in 2 of the rooms . Pool was cold so we paid extra for the pool heater on friday was told it would take 24 hrs to warm up fully we did have some heat friday night but we expected to get up Saturday morning to it really warm since that wouldve been within the 24hrs but when we went down the pool was freezing and my kids couldnt swim all saturday i did reach out to management but it never seemed to get turned back on so that was a wasted 72. Overall the house was nice and in a good location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. A quick easy walk to the beach made it easy for multiple trips needed for a toddler. We were able to return to the house for nap time and lunch and return after. Highly suggest bike rentals. Easy trips to Rosemary Beach for dinner and shopping. There is a sway in the house that could be felt at times and more in some parts of the house. Only complaints were the oven did not heat accurately or quickly, hot tub emptied and refilled daily, it did not heat or have working jets, and really long wait times for dinner out. The house was family friendly. We left beach chairs for the next guests. We flew into Destin / Ft Walton so we purchased them and left them.

Bubble pool jets never turned on. We enjoyed the fire pit on the cool evenings and the kids made smores. Location is perfect, beaches not over crowded. Not to far from shops and restaurants. The Big Chill is a must check out. I had read reviews about the house swaying. It definitely swayed a lot and caused motion sickness for a couple of the family members. If you get motion sickness this home is not for you. One other issue was the amount of coffee mugs (only 5). We had seven adults who drink coffee or hot tea. For a home that sleeps 12, there should have been more coffee mugs at least 8 - 10.

Swaying House w/o Heated Pool

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The visit was pleasant, and the house was even nicer in person; nonetheless, a few items worried us. Due to COVID, my family and I chose to wipe everything with Lysol and Clorox no matter what. I'm glad we went ahead and did it. Hair and grime were found on the sheets and in the bathtubs. Nothing appeared to have been cleaned. We washed the linens before using the beds since there was hair everywhere. Before my arrival, I was informed that the pool could be heated. At the time, I did not pay. I wanted to hold off until we got to the house. When we arrived, I was informed that the pool could not be heated due to a chlorine shortage. I could have been out of money if I had paid ahead of time. Because the pool lies directly beneath the home, it could not be warmed by the sun, which was a disappointment. In addition, at times, the house swayed like you were on a cruise ship which was very concerning. Overall, the house was spacious, with plenty of space to accommodate a large family adequately. The management team should ensure that the house is cleaned after each visit, and there should be more transparent information about whether or not the pool may be heated.

A 5 minute to the Beach!

We rented last year in the same neighborhood and we’re not disappointed. The location is prime and the property is well kept and equipment with everything you need to enjoy, cook meals and the pool was a extra amenity.

Spring Break 2021

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean upon arrival. Very pretty setup lots of room. Kitchen had everything needed to get started. Wasp nest was gone and cleaned up. Pool water not very warm and did not get warm enough during the trip. Bubble pool was not all all the time (it is not a hot tub). Called Mgmt to ask where the switch was? Person who answered did not know. No return call. The house is built on stilts (which are angled...why?) and sways a lot. Would not consider this house again for that one issue. Safety? Other than that was fine. Could use better outdoor lighting in the pool area for night time gatherings. Steep driveway in / out. Ice maker is slow and the filter needs replacing (marked as installed in 2019). Light in pantry would be nice to have. Great location walked to beach easy to get to.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited with 6 kids and 6 adults. The house easily fit everyone. Amazing location, such an easy walk to the beach. The pool was a wonderful change of pace from the beach. House was VERY clean and had everything we needed. My only feedback would be to make sure the pool doesn’t get serviced while guests are there, we had a few ruined bathing suits and irritated eyes because of the extremely high chlorine content about 5 hours after it was serviced. Overall, I would highly recommend!
