Great location, very clean, but could use a little TLC, just minor things. Overall I would go back .

Great location, very clean, easy access and secure. Only needed help finding lock box, would go back in a heartbeat.

Back to school getaway

Took a last minute, end of summer trip to the Pensacola area. Check in process was easy, parking was a breeze and first impression of the property was as advertised. No surprises, which is a good thing!!!

Not great. This unit was ill equipped, floors were really dirty (dust and hairballs in the bathroom) and two out of the 4 nights we were there, there were two to three men in and out installing cables for the entire building. If we had known about this scheduled maintenance we would have chosen not to rent here. The bed was so loud to get in and out of and every time we rolled over. Like a crunchy, dull creaking noise coming from the mattress. Not a condo with comfort in mind for the renter. The view is so beautiful, but this unit is in need of much needed TLC.

Such beautiful views and lovely condo

I cannot fault or stay. The communication was great, and the condo was even better than we expected! Fabulous views or the sound and pool. Within a few minutes walk to the beach and a 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants. We had an utterly perfect family stay

Nice view the only real problem was the bed. Terribly outdated and squeaky. The entire unit definitely needs upgrade the couches were a bit smelly. My honest opinion is great views and location friendly staff room needs major upgrades.

Views and Locations!!

Great views and location. Overall grounds and proprty clean and updated. Management worked with us on rescheduling (without travel insurance), since a hurricane hit during originally booked stay. Individual condo could gave been cleaner and needs some uodating.

Vaca in Pensacola

Had to drive to beach when we thought we would be able to walk. Condo allowed pets and the dogs barked every night. Would not stay there again. Also, directions for picking up the key fob was not clear.

Good location; needs a little updating

The property was in a good location and we enjoyed the view from our balcony overlooking the bay. However, I wish this place had a little more updates as far as decor. It really was dark and the decor was just a little depressing and not what you would expect in a normal beach rental. It just needs a little love. Overall, with a few minor updates to decor and maybe a little paint, this place would be great. We still enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

Blues week

Souther Vacation managers were terrible, rude, and I won’t use them again. I hate they are the property managers for this condo. The review is more about them than the property. Code to doors were outdated. The actual location and condo was as described.

Problems getting key card

When we got there it took us an hour to find the lockbox to get our key card. Need more direction on where the lock boxes are located. Also, the ice maker didn’t work. Needed directions to where we were to go to get on the beach. Condo was ver nice once we got in.
