We really enjoyed our stay. The property had beautiful views, plenty of space, and was within walking distance of the ocean. The area was also very quiet at night, which made for a relaxing stay.One downside was that some of the neighbors smoked on their balconies, which made it so we couldn't enjoy our own balcony. We also found the communication a little confusing. Most of the messages we received seemed to be automated from maybe a management company, and we were never really sure who to contact if we had a question or concern. More personal and direct communication would have made the experience much easier.

This Penthouse really is a Pearl! We've stayed at many condos all along the Gulf and I've finally found one that I wish I could carry with me everywhere we go!Very roomy, yet more than amply furnished. Tastefully (and ergonomically) appointed, Navarre Towers 1202 had loads of 'warm fuzzies'... throw pillows and blankets and towels and outlets and closets... well, you get the idea.We only used the Master Suite, but the bed slept well, there was plenty of storage and a large walk-in closet. The Living Room furniture and fixtures were also comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you'll need. The second bedroom was roomy and nicely decorated, too... and had a bathroom shower (so nice that we used it!) with an overhead rain, a regular showerhead and water wand. Built-in bench, too! As to the balcony... I think it had the best layout (ever!) with a table and a couple of wonderfully padded chairs for relaxing, plus a high-top table and chairs for enjoying lunch. (Quite often, I choose based mainly on the balcony photos and this one didn't disappoint!) The balcony offered wonderful views and just the right amount of sun.The gated property was safe, the unit and buildings were clean, and there was never a long wait for an elevator.I'd offer 5-Stars... I'm already looking to book it again!

We had a great time at navarre beach and I would fully recommend going to this beach. I would also fully recommend going to navarre towers and I will explain why below. I would not recommend this room specifically. It was not cleaned at all before we got there. We walked in for the first time and the floor in every single room was covered in sand. No one swept or mopped the floor at all between the guest before us and our check in. The fridge smelled absolutely horrendous like someone had left seafood in it for days without being cleaned out. We didn’t even want to open it, it smelled so bad. The dryer could definitely use an upgrade because we had an extremely hard time drying our towels and clothes. I was told when I booked this condo that it was newly remodeled. It was not, they may have put new beds in - which were very comfortable. But it was not remodeled at all. Things I loved about Navarre Towers.. I loved the gated parking lot. I love that it was not extremely crowded. I love the pool as it is shaded most of the day so it stayed very cool and refreshing. My review is based solely on cleanliness because our room was not prioritized to be clean upon our arrival. I actually received a phone call 30 minutes before check in asking where we were and that our room was still being cleaned. If our room was being cleaned the floors were not because I spent at least an hour after we got there getting the sand off the floors and we had not even been to the beach yet.
