The condo was well-stocked and we had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Cleanliness was obvious because even the outdoor balcony furniture was clean. The property manager responded immediately when we had difficulty entering the unit and he arrived within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Great views!!!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was incredibly spacious, very clean, and offered amazing views from the large balcony — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the best parts was the location. We didn’t need a car at all since everything was within walking distance, including great restaurants and a Publix right next door, which was so convenient. The management company, iTrip Vacations, was extremely responsive and easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back again with our family!

The condo is in rough condition. At first glance everything looks nice. But the more you look the more you see all the problems. The floor was really dirty, the master bed was uncomfortable, the towels are terrible, the shower had no pressure, and the faucets in the bathrooms are too long for the sinks. So the faucet is in the way when you brush your teeth or wash your face. Overall, there were a lot of things that by themselves wouldn’t be major issues. But combined, it made it so that we won’t go back to this place.

Spacious and Comfortable

This condo is in a great location with Publix next door and the beach across the street. There are several restaurants in walking distance which was great because we didn't have a car. The unit is spacious and clean and there was plenty of room for our family. The intracoastal around the pool is really nice and we even saw dolphins.

Great location Condo is decent, nothing special Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags should be furnished for entire stay Bedding did not seem fresh, room was cleaned in less than 2hrs Pool water was COLD only a few people got in the whole week we were there. We stay every year in Treasure Island and the Palms is close to the beach, Publix and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Complex has a nice pool and hot tub. Condo was well supplied

Great property, the beach, grocery store, restaurants are all within walking distance. The kids had a blast fishing and hanging at the beach. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful location, spacious condo

The communication with VRBO and iTrips was fantastic. It was easy to get into the buildingand the condo, and both of our cars were able to park with ease. The place was well furnished, the pool and spa were great temperatures. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. The elevator seemed old and could probably use a replacement in the future. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Beautiful view. Nice condo with extremely comfortable beds. Construction going on the back side which reduced our enjoyment of the pool but it will end soon. As per previous reviews the floors are hard to clean but we worked around this. Overall good stay!
