We’re glad to hear that you found the location of the Palms of Treasure Island ideal. However, we are disappointed to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. We take these matters seriously, and your experience does not reflect our usual standards. Guest can report any issues during your stay and we are happy to address them. We did look into this and did not find evidence of cockroaches and confirmed regular pest control protocol is in place.
