Pool and hot tub were excellent! Used it everyday. Close to lots of shops and restaurants and casino. Easy to get to Indian Wells. Have already recommended the house to others.

The house and backyard were absolutely beautiful. At almost any other time of year this would be a fantastic place to stay. The owners did an amazing job with furnishings and amenities. It was very well appointed.We knew that visiting at the end of July meant it would be extremely hot outside, but we assumed the home would have air conditioning that could keep the bedrooms comfortable. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the AC was set to maintain the house at around 75–76F, and despite running continuously, the bedrooms remained uncomfortably warm at night, making it difficult to sleep. One of the bedrooms was especially hot, and two of us ended up sharing another room because it was the only way to get a decent night’s sleep.To be fair, temperatures were around 110F during our stay, so it’s possible the extreme heat simply exceeded what the system could handle.I also want to mention that the representative from Natural Retreats who checked us in was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. However, when we contacted them about the air conditioning, a different representative came to the house, and the experience was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging our concerns, he was dismissive and repeatedly explained why the temperature was “normal,” even though the bedrooms were uncomfortable enough that we had to rearrange our sleeping arrangements. A more empathetic and customer-focused response would have gone a long way.
