Our place is a great location for hiking, golfing, fishing, kayaking, bird watching and beach lounging. Trenton Air base, PEC wine country, and Sandbanks nearby as well!

Such a lovely, cozy unit for a couple or small family which is pet friendly. We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Comfortable, clean, charming decor and a fenced in yard for our dog’s needs. Coffee bar was lovely, full fridge, microwave and all the accessories required should you want to cook a light meal. Highly recommend!

Very clean and nicely appointed - lots of towels, dishware, coffee, and comfortable places to sit. Very clear check-in instructions. Easy parking annd easy access to the unit. Large backyard with chairs and a firepit. Bright interior, but since it’s a basement unit, there wasn’t much view outside. Overall, an enjoyable place to stay while visiting the area. Brighton has lots to do.

The place was clean and well equiped. Nice located too, at 5 minutes from the Park. We would have liked to know that there was no cable TV. Our host was kind enough to allow us to watch the Canadians hockey game on her own Prime account. It was greatly appreciated.

Amazing Trip

Kim's place is wonderful. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace at night and visiting the park during the day. The place was also very Clean and equipped.

We stayed at Serenity Place while in between moving from one house to another. It's a cute basement apartment style property with its own private entrance. Kim was very kind, accommodating and responsive. She made sure the driveway was shoveled promptly (in the worst winter in decades) and any concerns were immediately addressed. The fenced back yard was amazing for the dogs!Because it was winter during our stay, we didn't get to enjoy the proximity to lake Ontario, but this area has lots of opportunity to enjoy the water and surrounding area.

Kim and Myles were most accommodating. We arrived early and they shared the park pass for Presquile with us. Easy private access and parking. Very clean, nicely appointed. everything needed and more was there in both the kitchen and liven and sleeping spaces. Highly recommend this property

Communication with Kim, owner, and Judy, Property Manager was great. The apartment is well maintained and decorated. Comfortable beds. Soft towels. Ample space. Finding dog friendly is often a challenge, and Kim assured us the space was definitely accommodating, and our dogs agreed. Kitchenette includes induction cooktop, toaster and toaster oven, microwave, small fridge. Outdoors included a bbq and a fire pit, and lounging area. Close to Lake Ontario (walking), Brighton core (~8 mins drive), Presqu'ile (~10 mins drive), and more. Overall, a recommended place to stay!

Convenient

My husband and I were joining friends who were camping at Presqu’ile Provincial Park. This property suited our needs perfectly. It is close to the park so we were able to spend full days with our friends, with only a short drive back at night. The property is equipped with a small fridge, microwave and a coffee station. Guests who are planning on eating or preparing food will need to bring their own dishes and utensils. Kim communicated regularly with us and was very helpful.

J'ai trouvé cet appart très fonctionnel. Il y avait tout le nécessaire. J'ai bien aimé la petite cuisinette touté équipée. Par contre, je n'ai pas aimé le rideau de la salle de bain qui laissait couler l'eau sur le long du mûr et parterre . Il y avait un spot de moisissure à cet endroit. J'ai trouvé qu'il manquait de lumière naturelle. J' aurais préféré qu'il n'y ait pas de vitrail dans la fenêtre de la pièce principale . Pour terminer, j'ai bien aprrécié l'hôtesse que j'ai trouvé très rapide pour répondre à mes questions, très professionnelle , très respectueuse et très aimable. J'ai aussi été très reconnaissante de la passe avec laquelle j'ai pu aller à Sandbank, à North Beach park, presqu'île park . Merci Kim de m'avoir permis de vivre un magnifique séjour près du lac Ontario.

D’ailleurs, dès votre départ, je suis allée dans l’appartement et j’ai immédiatement remarqué le problème dans la salle de bain. Je suis heureuse de vous dire que le tout a été corrigé dès cet après-midi afin d’éviter que l’eau ne coule le long du mur et sur le plancher. Je suis surtout très heureuse que vous ayez trouvé l’appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé, et que vous ayez pu profiter de la passe pour découvrir Sandbanks, North Beach et le parc provincial Presqu’île. Merci encore d’avoir choisi notre petit coin près du lac Ontario et pour vos beaux commentaires à mon égard. Je vous souhaite une très belle continuation! 😊 Kim
