This condo was perfect for our stay in Siesta Key! It is very close to the beach and there were plenty of towels and beach chairs we could use. The condo is on the smaller side so pack light. I would stay here again!

The location is perfect, right on the public beach access 13. We appreciated the location and beach accessories for guest use. We will stay again, and have nothing negative to say. One thing to keep in mind is if you have a bigger vehicle parking could be an issue. We had a compact car with camera and because of other guests with larger vehicles getting in and out of our parking spot was a bit challenging at times, but having an assigned parking spot was a perk over all.

We stayed two days at this cute little apartment. Location is right next to the beach. Although the building is old and it's a pretty small space and street area, it was clean and the price was right. Dan is a great host and always takes care of us at his other properties as well.

This vacation rental was wonderful! Excellent communication from the owner and very easy access to beaches, attractions, and surrounding towns. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great amenities with beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, towels, etc. We were able to just show up and relax!! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment was very clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It's located on a peaceful street just a short walk to the beach via a sandy path. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were provided, which was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was convenient, and the location is great—within walking distance of restaurants and the bus stop to Siesta Key Village. The beach was absolutely beautiful with soft white sand and clear water. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing weekend getaway

The location was within walking distance of the private beach and the condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Daniel was great with communication and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The location of the property was great! It was just steps to the beach and a short drive to the tiki bar and other good shopping and food spots (also very close to the bridge which was nice given the amount of traffic on the island).

Great stay, Property manager was great and got back to text in timely manner. Walls were paper thin, could hear the neighbor playing video games and talking like he was in our condo.
