The first thing I noticed was how fresh,clean, and welcoming the place felt when I first stepped in. Not glaring but natural light was everywhere. I had no need to buy anything major. From beach chairs, umbrella to blankets and towels. We were set for the beach. Shops,restaurants, food markets are all a short distance away. Our host was just a text message away.Would highly recommend these Villa's and plan on coming back soon.

I am usually leary when pictures of a rental property seem too good and there are very few reviews. This villa is as good as it looks online. The owner did an excellent job renovating, having used good quality materials and workmanship. Everything worked as it should and the house is light and comfortable with plenty of living and sleeping space. Large well equipped kitchen and lots of beach gear that I did not use. The guest bath has a walk-in shower and the master has a tub. The AC works great and there is plenty of hot water. I could live there permanently. Vic and Holly of Home and Condo Rentals and Realty manage the property and made booking and checkin a breeze. They were personable and took care of everything I needed.
