You will fall in love with our home’s lush landscaping, light and open interior, and quiet, friendly neighborhood. This home has all the amenities you need to be as relaxed as possible during your stay, including full-sized washer/dryer, central air throughout, ceiling fans in bedrooms, impact windows and doors, 3 cable TVs and wireless internet access. When you’re not out enjoying one of the area’s many fine restaurants or bars, prepare a gourmet meal at home in the spacious fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with high-end stainless steel appliances including French-door refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, wine-rack, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, quartzite countertops. The cabinets are fully stocked w/ utensils, dishware, glasses, cups, Le Creuset cookware. Outdoor gas grill.

You’ll love spending time outside in our home’s completely fenced and beautifully landscaped garden area with pool and Travertine shaded patio, surrounded by swaying palm trees, ferns, birds of paradise and other lush foliage. Automatic sprinklers and weekly maintenance ensure that this outdoor oasis stays well-maintained for your enjoyment and relaxation.

We have an outstanding list of favorite restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, local parks, nearby historic sites and fun activities unique to Florida’s Atlantic Coast including deep-sea fishing, sailing and air-boats in the Everglades. For first timers, you won’t want to miss cruising the InterCoastal Waterway in Lauderdale’s famous water taxis.
