Appartement très bien situé, très calme en septembre. Mer 150 m de l'appartement.Commerce et centre ville à proximité .Laverie à 200 m.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel. Grand balcon protégé où on a pu prendre tous nos repas, belle vue sur le jardin intérieur mais beaucoup de vis à vis. Les matelas dans la chambre commencent à être un peu fatigués, le matelas du canapé est bien. La localisation à Lacanau est idéale et on peut tout faire à pieds. Quelques petits soucis d'équipements mais qui ont été tout de suite réglés par l'Agence de location.

La résidence est très bien située entre la proximité de l' océan, école de surf, location de vélos, commerces....Endroit calme Espace et parties communes très bien entretenus. Seul " petit" point négatif, la piscine n'étant pas chauffée elle reste parfois un peu fraîche.

A deux pas de l'océan

Appartement calme et agréable situé dans une résidence à 2 pas de la plage. Vue sur jardin et l'océan en fond. Coté équipement les poêles à frire sur à renouveler.

Wohnung mittelmäßig, keine Fixierung der Dusche möglich, daher stand das Badezimmer regelmäßig unter Wasser. Parkgarage und Treppenhäuser eng und finster. Großer Balkon, gepflegte Anlage, super-kurzer Weg zum Strand

Oui mais non !

Séjour d'une semaine au mois d'aout. Malgré un appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Piscine sympathique et accès à la plage direct à côté. Place de stationnement en sous sol très pratique. Une semaine sans sommeil suite au vacarme continuel toutes les nuits. Cri, bavardage, et cavalcade dans les couloirs jusqu'à pas d'heure. Aucun respect du voisinage pour les autres locataires Aucune insonorisation au niveau de la Résidence. Conclusion, si je reviens un jour à Lacanau ça ne sera surement pas ici que je relouerai.
