➳ A Maximum of 6 adults

➳ Ground floor

Upon entering the chalet, you will first arrive in the vestibule on the ground floor (entryway) where you can leave your coats and boots. Next, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare all your culinary desires.

On the ground floor, you will also find the dining room with a large table for 6 people, the living room with a smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed for lounging in peace, a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower, as well as two tastefully furnished bedrooms equipped with queen beds, blackout curtains, and wardrobes/dressers to store your clothes. There is also a patio with a barbecue for grilling by the lake.

➳ Basement

Descending to the basement, you will enter the second living room with a sofa and smart TV, as well as a large glass door leading to the second patio with two loungers facing the lake. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. Finally, there is a third bedroom with a queen bed, blackout blinds, dresser, and wardrobe.

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage space.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!

*PETS*
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept dogs weighing over 40 pounds or those under one year of age.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and must not access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

*NOISES*
Because our neighbours are sensitive to noise and want everyone to enjoy a quiet environment surrounded by nature, it is strictly forbidden to have a party at the chalet. We ask that you pay close attention to the volume of the music playing and / or if you are singing around the campfire.

*TV*
We do have two smart TVs, but we are not offering cable channels.

*BARBECUE*
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. During winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
You have access to the outdoor fireplace, however you must bring your own wood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual. The outdoor fire pit is not plowed from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the access.

The indoor fireplace is Non-functional.

*WATERPUMP*
The waterpump downstairs can be a bit noisy, consider bringing earplugs if you think you might be sensible to that, you'll find earplugs in the bedroom downstairs aswell.

*PARKING*
There are 2 parking spaces in our driveway. Street parking is prohibited. We kindly ask you to avoid parking on the street in front of the trash bins or the neighbor's property. Unfortunately, it won't be possible to park a 3rd cars near the property.

*WINTER STORMS*
Please note that in winter in Quebec, there are sometimes snowstorms that can lead to sporadic water and power outages.

It is FORBIDDEN to use fireworks.
