No internet service working which also effected TV. Floors were dirty in areas. Furniture in living room very worn and torn. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedding were clean. We left stay early and we left it in great shape as always regardless of issues.

The pictures did not truly show the property. Parking was poor, the entrance to the first level was smelly and dirty, The bedrooms were OK, but the floors were dirty with sandy grit, the bathroom in the master was uncomfortable for my sister to sit on. In all the rooms could have been cleaned better. There was also a broken captain's chair that was broken and the cushions on the couch on the main floor were velcroed and they was falling apart. It seemed it had been awhile since the whole place had had a good cleaning. Do the owners of these properties know how well their property is being cared for? I don't think so.The host was helpful.Being Pet-Friendly was good.We did have a beautiful ocean view.Thank YouKathy Rudd

We loved this location and the house was great! I will say that in an email, there was a comment about a hot tub. We were expecting a hot tub and disappointed when we arrived and there was no hot tub. The listing also noted there was a grill. We didn’t realize it was a charcoal grill and had to make a separate trip to get charcoal. Not a huge deal, but would’ve appreciated if it was listed as a charcoal grill in the description!

Loved the location easy to get to both Newport and Lincoln City. The view was absolutely gorgeous.

Great place to stay

A very nice location. Up on a hill overlooking the beach and ocean. Access to the beach is a couple of blocks walk with an interesting mini cliff that you have to negotiate or you go further down the beach to have an easier climbup/down. The house would be great for a multi family or couple.

Check-in was extremely easy. Kitchen was well appointed. House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful home with fantastic views! Easy access to large expanse of beach near by. Quiet neighborhood. Already planning to return there for our next beach retreat.

Beautiful views and spacious rooms. Great parking area, and easy excess to beach. Very comfortable bed mattress. Very dirty home, floors, walls, light fixtures/fans and windows were unacceptably dirty. We had to do good cleaning upon arrival to be somewhat comfortable. Broken dishwasher, dishes in cabinets have dirty dry food stains. We had to use broom to clean exterior of or veiw windows, they were caked dirty. Main floor water not draining in bathroom sink and bathtub. We all used one shower on 3rd floor. Back yard was collapsed and not safe to be in. Completely eroded up to the deck board and no warning anywhere on the property for guests about the dangers. Some lights in hallway not working, missing blinds in one bedroom on main level. Felt exposed to the neighbors. Had to turn off lights to change. Very poor property management, and in desperate need of better housekeeping. We made it work for us for 4 nights we stayed, but sadly we'll not be returning. Lots of fees assisted with cleaning and maintenance, yet we didn't get much of either.
