We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers! The room was very clean and well-kept, which made us feel comfortable right away. You can tell the host takes pride in maintaining the space. The host was also very responsive and welcoming, making the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was the hot tub, it was clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day. It really added an extra level of comfort to the stay. The house was very comfortable and easy to access. Genuinely allowed for us to have an excellent getaway to reconnect. Overall, a clean, cozy, and stress-free stay. I would absolutely come back!
We have stayed here before and we really love the house and its proximity to the beach. We appreciate the fact that we can bring our pups to enjoy the visit. But, the neighbors next door had 2 very big, aggressive german Shepards. They were trying to jump over the fence to get to our dogs, it was scary to say the least. No slight to the house we stayed in. Just be prepared if you bring your fur babies that they wont be able to enjoy the backyard like intended.

The house was average clean. There is a pile of junk stacked in the former garage. the rooms were clean. One bedroom has a sink but the plumbing is not functional. The bar was not stocked. No bar was not a problem this was a family/spring break get away. 2 teachers, 1 student, a baby, a spouse and 2 grand parents. Grandpa, dad and student enjoyed the hot tub.We used the house as a base for day adventures,
We loved our stay. There are a couple of things that I feel need addressing. There needs to be a notebook with details on all the remotes and what should be used for what. The master bathroom has an interesting shower, by the third day I had it figured out. :( Last the door lock. Please get something more user friendly. A 10 number code is a bit much. It took at least 15 minutes to get in every time. Sorry but we just stopped locking it by the second day. As an older woman with the facilities on the other side of the door, I have almost not made it to the bathroom. There are so many different locking units that only require 4 to 5 numbers so there is less chance of messing up the series.

We had several issues such as the washing machine was not in working order the fireplace amenity that they advertised wasn’t available. Bathroom sinks, slow draining.Gas grill not enough propane. However, since our overall state was a short visit, we were able to get by without the amenities that did not work. The most roughest one was the washing machine. We had a lot of dirty clothes to take home, but otherwise overall the stay was a pleasant one due to the fact that we had family together and were able to have the beach close by. It has a great kitchen and dining room room where we could gather around and play cards and visit.
We love this place!! Already booked again for next year.

The home was at a very good location and not a far walk to the beach. It is in need of several repairs and organization. An hour before we started our long drive to get to the home, we were informed that the fireplace and washing machine were out of service. This was unfortunate since laundry was definitely a need for a three day stay for us. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs, but poop scooping was a challenge since the yard was a mess and overgrown. There were chemicals on the deck, grates in the back yard and exposed openings with yard tools left around. The hot tub was a reason we chose this home. The filter cover was exposed/missing/broken. The upstairs toilet kept running all night, many lights were burned out in the kitchen, the blinds in one of the upstairs rooms was partially missing or broken off making it impossible to have total privacy while using the bedroom. One of our guests found a pill in her bedding making her wonder if the linen had even been changed or washed. I was told that I would be receiving a partial reimbursement for the washer and fireplace inconvenience, but have not heard anything back. I do not recommend renting this home until some maintenance is completed.
Overall, great stay. There’s a few minor issues we discovered such as leaks, a full dishwasher upon arrival, surfaces not wiped down, and some toilets not working but still a great place to go. Also LOVED the bidet!!! We got a great deal and enjoyed our stay at this lovely house.

Elisa, thank you for being our guest and sharing your positive experience. We're pleased you had a great stay, but we apologize for the issues you encountered. We shared your comments with the local team so they can work to make improvements for future guests. We appreciate your feedback, as we view it as an opportunity to improve and hope to host you again.
It was a very good place to stay at, in the game room there were different games, digital and non-digital. However, the digital games were very limited, but they are still good to last a few days.
What a great layout for family or friend gatherings. Well stocked kitchen, great selection of entertainment, fun and interesting books to browse. The pictures don't do justice to the rooms and amenities of this house. We really enjoyed staying here.
It was an easy walk to the beach. The house was nicely laid out for family dinners, playing cards, sitting on the deck and having everyone be together. There were plenty of accommodations for 7 adults, and everyone had a great time!
Home was lovely ... clean, neat; very well maintained. Plenty of space, great bathrooms and showers, a good hot tub, and easy walking distance to the beach.
So glad to be there; hope to stay again in the future,

They made it very easy for us to arrive, settle in, and enjoy our week end. Walk to the beach for sunset and daytime. Plenty to do. The hot tub was lovely. Plenty of room for everyone.
Great location, close walk to the beach in a cute, quiet Neighborhood. Nice house with well equipped kitchen. The only thing is the living room is quite small and not
Furnished to accommodate a group of more than 4, yet the rest of the house is big enough to accommodate considerably more people.
We appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you for the doggie bowls, toys and towel. We spent lots of time around the dining table. And lots of time with the variety of games. Very comfy and clean inside and lovely, fenced back yard. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The entire stay was great.

Great house. Needs a bit more maintenance. Lawn needs mowed, the dish washer and kitchen faucet leaks very bad
House was great and the area was a super chill quiet neighborhood with the beach being within a 5 minute walk was great. The only thing that was a bummer was one of the wii controllers wouldnt work and there was no sand for the shuffleboard which made it unplayable. Reached out to the property manager and he was great and tracked down some sand after a couple days. So luckily we got to play before we left but those things were kind of the reason we picked this place for entertainment in the evenings and we couldnt use them for the first 2 nights. That being said everything else was great and would stay there again if in the area in the future.
We left a note as to a few things that need repaired. Would have been nice to have direction to the beach. House was good. Everything you need is supplied. Basically take your food if cooking. Kitchen is fully stocked. Nice bedrooms.will stay again.
