Welcome to your home away from home at Waters Edge 402! This one-bedroom condo is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing beach vacation for up to five guests.

Living Area: Unwind in the inviting living room featuring a cozy indoor fireplace and a sofa sleeper. Step out onto your private balcony to soak in the breathtaking waterfront views of Siletz Bay.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom: Rest peacefully in a comfortable King-sized bed.
Living Room: A convenient sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space.

Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of a functional kitchen to prepare your own meals and an in-unit washer and dryer for all your laundry needs during your stay.

Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire one-bedroom condo. Your stay includes full use of all amenities within the unit.

Additionally, you will have direct access to the Siletz Bay waterfront, located just behind the building. A short and scenic walk to the east will lead you directly to the expansive sandy shores of the Pacific Ocean.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and can be reached by phone or message if you have any questions or need assistance.

The condo was as described and came fully furnished with more than expected! Parking was tight for a full sized rig (Tahoe) especially in the evenings when everyone is back from the days events, we werent there much though except to sleep and clean up for the next day of excitement. Would do it again in a heart beat, would consider a room closer to the elevator 4th floor 42 steps is rough after legs were sore from beach walking and clamming and crabbing all day

The condo was a little more dated than the pictures show. Couch cushions need replaced. No chairs on patio, which was disappointing, we were unable to enjoy it. Bed was comfortable and bedroom had plenty of room. Overall for the price, it suited us fine

Enjoyed the stay , great price and views . I would say make sure you read the actual room you get . We initially had a first floor room locked in but ended up with a 3 rd floor . But the room was great so no negative response . Just make sure to read what you’re getting .

Would stay again

Only downfall was highway noise...wished we were at opposite end closer to ocean ....and could of checked in earlier. But it was a great place to stay!

Cozy with lovely view

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy condo. The view was lovely over the Siletz Bay, everything was clean and welcoming. Fireplace and balcony were great touches, and we enjoyed using the games provided. Noise was minimal and the amenities are great!

Nice beach vacation

We had a great time in the unit. Location was great. IGA store doesn’t he steer, walk out the door and I the beach. Watching people dig for clams was fun, flew a kite and Mo’s restaurant down the street.

Siletz Bay getaway

Close to Siletz Bay wildlife refuge, nice view of Siletz Bay. Clean and comfortable. If you plan to cook dinners as we did, bring your own spices and cooking oil. Only things provided were salt and pepper, coffee filters for drip coffee maker, saran wrap, tin foil. Adequate dishes and cutlery but no serving dishes . Their cookware is nice.

Peaceful … once I got in!

I tried for 90 minutes to navigate VRBO check-in process. Could never find the correct passcode despite many, many attempts. Finally was given lock box code by non-English speaking rep vis phone chat. I was literally crying by the time I got in. Clearly not all visitors are AI literate.

Good But Needs Work

The unit is convenient, comfortable and adequately equipped. It is listed as having Wi-Fi but the connectivity is painfully inadequate. We couldn’t use two devices at the same time. It’s outrageously slow. For all practical purposes, there is no Wi-FI. The fridge works but leaks water. The unit could use a good deep cleaning. But, the view is lovely and the bed comfortable.

A great location to have as “home base” for exploring the coast! Check in was smooth, condo was just as described, host and staff are super gracious. The icing on the cake was walking the beach and watching the seals!

Get Away.

Wife and I have stayed at many rental properties over the years. This property was by far the most picturesque. The apartment was very well stocked with everything one could need for the most challenging cooking tasks. We will stay here again.

We visited the coast in May and August.We love this area on the coast and enjoy the Sieltz Bay view.The condo on our second visit was not cleaned well at all. It had particles on the carpet and tile floors. I spent almost a hour cleaning and disinfecting. The sliding glass door had fingerprints all over it.. Very disappointed since there is a cleaning fee that we had to pay. We arrived late on a Sunday,and didn't think anyone from the company would be available to complain to about the lack of cleaning. Water pressure in the kitchen faucet tends to be a problem in this unit.Other than that the condo was good. And we would definitely book it again.

Overall Great Stay

Overall this property provided a great vacation experience. A little disappointed with how close it was to the freeway and how far it was from ocean views but the cleanliness and overall location was safe and a good place to stay. Would recommend to families because of how quiet it is and to vacationers on a budget.

However, only disappointment is that the water does not work properly in the kitchen, no water press in the faucet.
